The road to Xylosyrtis is flatter but more challenging, with some parts being dirt roads. It's better to come from Chrysostomos instead. The beach is small and has two parts, with stones. If you pass by a house, you can go to the second part, which offers a lovely view of a little church. It's best to visit in the afternoon when there is shade. I was amazed by how crystal clear the water was, but I couldn't find any coffee shops or food on July 3. However, Xylosyrtis is only a 10-minute drive away. There is a small parking area and a water fountain available.

This beach nestled in remote Iraklia is a true gem. The beach is situated in a cove and boasts a generous expanse of pristine white sand. I personally rate it as superb due to its wild and untamed nature. When the Melteni wind picks up, it adds an extra layer of excitement, akin to adding spice to a delicious dish. I even managed to capture some breathtaking photos from the top of the hill at Paralia.
