4 Frustrating

I must say, I don't quite understand all the hype surrounding this beach. Personally, I believe there are far superior options to be found in the surrounding area. The only real benefit of visiting this particular stretch of coastline is the opportunity to boast about having driven all the way to the end of the paved road and onto the bumpy, unpaved path that leads to the beach. If you're looking for a truly remarkable seaside experience, I highly recommend stopping at Kleidos instead. This stunning beach is truly a marvel and is sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone lucky enough to visit. After taking in all that Kleidos has to offer, simply turn around and head back the way you came.

The beach is undoubtedly a sight to behold, with its stunning beauty that captivates the senses. However, reaching it is no mean feat, as it requires a lengthy drive of approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. The road leading to the beach is not the most straightforward, making the journey a bit challenging.

We decided to visit the beach during the off-season, as it was one of the destinations we didn't want to miss out on. Despite the long drive of 1.5 hours from Chora, the scenic beauty was worth it. The beach can be accessed by a small rocky dirt road, and once you park your vehicle, a short walk down takes you to the shore. We spent some time clicking pictures and feeling the chilly water before leaving. The beach was extremely quiet during the off-season, and we were the only ones there. Nevertheless, it is a must-visit spot if you have the time.

This hidden gem of a beach is a true treasure, resembling a quaint cove with its unique charm. The last stretch of road leading to the beach may be off-road, but it is easily navigable for any vehicle. While parking space is limited, with some creativity, you can fit up to seven cars. Alternatively, follow the signs to the beach bar parking. The beach itself is narrow, but it offers a few shady trees, benches, and tables for your comfort. On the left side of the cove, you will find breathtaking snorkeling spots. The only downside is the long journey to reach this paradise, especially if you are staying on the west side of the island. The road to Naxos Island is lengthy and winding, but the stunning views along the way are worth every stop for a quick photo.
