Yes, it's a truly beautiful spot and I had a great time there. I'm planning to return this year.

The beach was really nice with big waves today. It was busy with parking due to the Byron Bay Bluesfest, but there were plenty of spots at the beach. There is a nudist area, which is good to know. The sand and water were great, with huge waves. The view of Byron Bay and the lighthouse was nice. It's definitely worth a visit. I'm just curious, are there ever lifeguards there?

This beach is still a fantastic place to visit. It's beautiful and I feel safe here. We stopped by for an hour to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, but we don't need an excuse to come back.

4 Frustrating

It's just a beach with a small car park that costs $8 per day. The parking area is difficult to maneuver in and there is an 8km rough dirt road to access it. The government employs Parks and Wildlife Rangers to issue $100 fines to those who don't pay for parking. The system involves a donation envelope displayed on your car's dashboard. Upon arrival, we witnessed two unpleasant Parks and Wildlife Rangers issuing fines to multiple cars. There are only long drop toilets and no water available, so be sure to bring your own. Overall, the beach is poorly managed and maintained, which is disappointing considering the taxes we already pay for parks. The additional usage charges feel like double taxation and are frustrating.

Tyagarah Beach is one of Australia's most stunning naturist beaches. After visiting many naturist beaches in Australia, my partner and I were truly impressed by its size and beauty. It's a real gem for naturists and sunbathers, despite being quite remote. Just be aware that there's no shelter from the sun and the road can be a bit rough. Make sure you have a good driver to navigate the potholes, and consider visiting during a cooler time of day or bringing along a sun shade and plenty of drinks to stay hydrated. Enjoy your time at the beach!
