Punta Mita beach II

The service at Pacifico beach was disappointing. We were informed that the front beach chairs were already taken or reserved, but it turned out they were not. We patiently waited for 20 minutes to receive some towels and another 30 minutes for our drinks. After finally getting our drinks, we decided to leave. It's worth mentioning that it wasn't just us who experienced this issue, as even the person in the picture was also trying to get attention from the staff.

Our family has been to the Pacifico Beach Club multiple times in the last month, and every single visit has been outstanding. The staff, especially Israel, Oliver, Oliver, and Vanessa, have provided exceptional service. Our experience could not have been more enjoyable!

Marisol provided excellent service to our group of 5 adults and 2 children, and I cannot express enough how attentive she was. The rest of the staff was also very helpful, despite the beach being quite busy at the time. I give everyone involved a 5-star review for creating a smooth and enjoyable beach experience. We absolutely adored this beach club! It's the perfect spot to witness breathtaking sunsets while indulging in a delightful dinner. The service provided was exceptional, and we thoroughly relished our scrumptious meal. Omar, the manager, went above and beyond in assisting us and ensuring our experience was nothing short of amazing.

This place is absolutely breathtaking. We were completely amazed the first time we visited, so naturally, we brought our friends here when they came. The sunset is absolutely stunning, the place is impeccably clean, and they even have a separate pool and play area for kids! However, the main reason for this review is the exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, Fernando and Gabriel treated us like VIPs. They found us a shaded spot where we could relax and enjoy our drinks and food. And when we wanted to be closer to the kids' pool, they happily accommodated us. They are genuinely kind and friendly! We ended up coming here for three out of our six-day trip. Oh, and the red beers were absolutely amazing too! We are already planning on coming back during Thanksgiving week and we'll definitely be bringing everyone with us to this amazing place again!
