This place is in need of some upgrades. It's a small, outdated resort, which was disappointing compared to the huge Hard Rock resort I stayed at last year. The rooms were average and on the smaller side, with difficult-to-close shower doors. They definitely need to be renovated. The pools were decent, but they could have been larger and more spread out. There wasn't much to do here, and they didn't offer many excursion options either. However, the food options were a plus. The restaurants were all great, offering a wide variety of choices. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. One highlight of our trip was having dinner on the beach, which was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend trying it, and we even got some lovely pictures taken by the photographer. On the other hand, I absolutely despised the hotel tour where they try to sell you a plan. It took much longer than they promised and consumed almost half of one of our limited days there. Since the place is small and outdated, there wasn't much to see. The room they showed us was alright, but this hotel is not a good choice to promote to people. Furthermore, once we declined the sales pitch, they sent other people to try to change our minds. It became very annoying and dragged out unnecessarily. While everyone was nice, when someone says no, it should be respected. It made me feel like a day of my vacation was wasted listening to an overpriced sales pitch. We agreed to participate, so that's on us, but it went on for far too long. If you're looking for a place to simply relax, then this place is fine. However, there aren't many great views or activities to enjoy.

I had higher expectations for a 5-star hotel. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the hotel seemed a bit outdated. Additionally, my cheap did not work on two occasions, resulting in us having to switch rooms twice. However, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service, and the food was absolutely worth it - incredibly delicious. Furthermore, the beach and sea were truly stunning.

The resort is absolutely stunning, and one of the best things about it is that you can easily access the ocean. Unlike some of the other Hard Rocks, where water currents and safety concerns prevent you from enjoying the ocean, this beach allows you to fully embrace the experience. Just keep in mind that the weather can be scorching hot and occasionally rainy during the summer season. We've visited in December, March, and July, and we found that March was the most enjoyable time to go. There was no rain, pleasant temperatures during the day, and a refreshing breeze in the evenings. The food at this resort is simply incredible! Out of all the Hard Rocks, this one definitely takes the cake when it comes to dining! Upon our arrival, we did encounter a problem with our room. However, I must admit that the issue was promptly addressed and we were swiftly moved to a new room. For those who enjoy working out, it's worth noting that the gym here is quite small and tends to fill up quickly. If your schedule allows, I recommend going around 7 am to avoid the crowds. The gym is open from 6 am to 6 pm. Last but certainly not least, if you have the privilege of being assisted by Butlers Uri and Gerardo, you're in for an amazing time! They are incredibly attentive, polite, responsive, and exceptionally helpful. Their genuine kindness truly made our stay memorable. If possible, I highly recommend requesting them specifically!

The property is pleasant, but there is an abundance of children, and the pools are crowded with them. The music played at the pool is more suited for younger individuals. The buffet was decent, although the food could have been warmer. On the other hand, the Japanese restaurant was excellent. The bartenders and staff throughout the property were exceptional. The live music at the sports bar was fantastic. The property is well-maintained, and the live music is enjoyable, especially when they feature rock bands. Overall, it is a great property, although it would be even better without children.

We had an amazing time with our All-inclusive package! They provided a wide variety of food options, including plenty of gluten-free choices. The food was clearly labeled, allowing us to know exactly what we were eating. They also had a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The resort grounds were stunning, and they even had a club for kids and teens. The staff members were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. The entertainment was also fantastic! The only minor issue we had was the limited space in the bathroom for toiletry bags and other items. It would have been nice to have more counter space or shelves available.
