I strongly suggest visiting Ventanilla beach and embarking on a tour with the cooperative. For a mere $100 pesos per person, you can witness crocodiles, iguanas, and turtles in their natural habitat. However, the most valuable takeaway is realizing how each one of us can contribute to preserving the stunning environment that envelops us. Remember to show your gratitude to the cooperative by leaving a tip, as they do an excellent job at the lagoon. Additionally, our tour guide was incredibly amusing, making the experience even more enjoyable.

During our tour, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the guides at the beach. Although the beach itself is undeniably beautiful, it may not be the ideal location for swimming. Nonetheless, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

I took a lagoon tour for two hours at a cost of $4.50 USD and spotted various wildlife including crocodiles, iguanas, and many birds - some wild and some not. After that, I headed to the beach which was completely empty. I suggest doing both activities. Avoid booking the tour in town as they will overcharge you. Instead, take a taxi straight to Ventanilla to save money. It's a fantastic place.
