Albatros Sea World Marsa Alam

The room was incredibly tidy and had plenty of space. The room service was flawless. The food was incredibly delicious with no complaints whatsoever. The staff was amiable and extremely helpful. A gentleman named Ahmed Nasr always had a smile on his face and was full of cheer. Even when my baby daughter accidentally dropped some food on the floor, he cleaned it up with a smile and had a positive demeanor. The entertainment team made our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to express my gratitude to each and every one of them for their hospitality and fantastic attitude. I will always recommend Pickalbatros to anyone planning a trip to Marsa Alam.

We stayed at PickAlbatros Sea World for 11 days, and I must say, the hotel is fantastic. It's big, spacious, and incredibly peaceful. The abundance of swimming pools is quite impressive, and they never seem to be overcrowded. There are also plenty of spots to sunbathe, so finding a place is never an issue (although reservations aren't allowed, some people still manage to snag a spot at 7am). One thing that really stood out to us was how impeccably clean everything was. The staff was constantly busy with cleaning and maintenance, even in the early hours of the morning, which was truly remarkable. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds. However, the food was quite disappointing. There was hardly any variety, and it became repetitive after a while. Unfortunately, a few days after returning home, we experienced stomach issues, which we believe may have been partly caused by the bottled water served at the hotel. The staff was generally friendly, but it seemed that they preferred German guests. There were a few instances where we felt ignored, while guests from Germany sitting next to us received excellent service. We would have appreciated being spoken to in English rather than German. Overall, I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10, or even 11, if the food had been better.

The hotel is situated right by the sea, offering stunning views. There are numerous swimming pools within the hotel grounds, catering to every individual's preference. The rooms are beautifully spacious, and the bathroom is especially convenient for a family of four. The food is delicious, without any exaggeration. The beach is pleasant, and there is a designated spot for snorkeling right by the hotel. This place is a perfect 10!

The resort was fantastic! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety to cater to everyone's tastes. The rooms had a modern and stylish appearance, and were kept impeccably clean and cozy. The service provided was excellent. There were four different pools to enjoy, each nestled in its own valley. Additionally, there were daily animator programs to keep guests entertained. Overall, it was an incredible experience! 🥰
