The beach is quite lovely with its small size and tranquil atmosphere. It's a great spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the gentle sound of the waves. Additionally, the light pebbles on the beach add a unique touch to the overall experience.

My family and I spent 10 days in Saint Mawes and it truly is one of the most stunning places I have ever been to. The view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. We also enjoyed taking boat rides and walking up to Saint Mawes Castle, which felt like a real-life Game of Thrones adventure. All in all, it's a perfect place to unwind with family and appreciate the beauty of nature in all its artistic glory.

This is a stunning beach in Cornwall with crystal clear blue/green waters and beautiful surroundings. The beach has a car park and toilets nearby, making it perfect for families with young children. There are also hotels overlooking the beach, making it a great weekend getaway or a day trip with lunch at the Idle Rocks restaurant, which has a lovely veranda and amazing seafood. Another great restaurant option is the Rising Sun, which has delicious food and friendly staff. Along the seafront, there are gift shops, artisanal shops, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and charming old-fashioned cottages with pretty backstreets. It's recommended to take the ferry from St. Mawes to Falmouth Harbour for stunning views of St. Mawes Castle and Pendennis Castle (the latter at Falmouth). The ferry takes 20 minutes, with three ferries per hour from April to October and hourly during winter. Bikes and dogs are also allowed on the ferry. Other ferries, such as the Place Ferry, King Harry Ferry, and Helford Ferry, also operate, and each ferry allows for many walks in areas like the Roseland.

The village is charming and has a few beautiful beaches, but the lack of benches makes it difficult for those who want to sit and observe their surroundings.
