I adore this beach, with its pebbly shores that transform into soft sand as the tides recede. Although the terrain starts off steep, it eventually evens out, providing ample opportunities for safe paddling during low and half tides. Compared to the nearby Gillyvase beach, paddle board and kayak rentals are more affordable, and you can discover a hidden beach and caves to the left of the bay. The beachfront cafe is a popular spot, and above the rocks, there is a fancy seafood restaurant called Hooked on the Beach. They even have a separate trailer that sells refreshing drinks, light bites, and cocktails. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach before heading back home.

Swanpool Beach, located in Cornwall, is a charming and captivating small beach that boasts crystal clear waters and a plethora of fun-filled activities. On a sunny and clear day, one can easily feel transported to a foreign land. The food section offers a wide range of affordable ice creams, drinks, and hot meals. Kids and families can enjoy paddle boarding classes, swimming club, kayaking, and many other activities. Additionally, a mini golf course is located opposite the beach, providing hours of entertainment. For those seeking a change of scenery, a leisurely walk along the south west coast path leads to the nearby Gyllyngvase Beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. This larger beach offers even more space and food options, including their famous pizza. The stunning ocean views and picturesque surroundings are sure to tempt visitors to capture the moment with plenty of photos and videos. The fresh ocean breeze is invigorating, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful stroll.

This stunning beach is an ideal location for families and those looking for a refreshing swim. Even in the late afternoon, we were captivated by the sight of children frolicking in the cool waters. Despite the overcast weather, the crystal-clear water glistened like diamonds. The beach is immaculately clean, with a mixture of sand and shingle that adds to its charm. A nature reserve is located opposite, and a pay and display car park is conveniently situated nearby. We would undoubtedly return to this breathtaking beach for another unforgettable experience.

This beach is just lovely, if you're into that sort of thing. The folks around here are pleasant enough, but don't expect any deep conversations or stimulating company. And oh boy, there's an ice cream shop nearby. How original. But I have to admit, they do have some decent flavors to choose from.

On a February day with cloudy skies, a serene stroll across the rocks from Gyllyngvase beach to Swanpool beach is the perfect way to unwind. The low tide makes for an ideal walking environment, allowing for a leisurely pace to take in the stunning views of the protected beach. The soft sand adds to the tranquility of the atmosphere, beckoning divers, swimmers, and kayakers to venture into the calm waters.
