The beach is an absolute gem, stretching over 3 miles and leading up to the majestic Bamburgh Castle. We visited after a delightful boat trip to the Farne islands, and it was just a short 10-minute stroll from the main car parks near the port. The walk to the beach was breathtaking, with awe-inspiring views that left us spellbound. The water was crystal clear, and the hues of blue, green, emerald, turquoise, brown, and yellow were mesmerizing. We were able to see everything beneath the water, which made our experience even more magical. As soon as we hit the sand, we set up our spot and spent a considerable amount of time exploring the rocks and splashing around in the pristine waters. We had a blast collecting shells and looking for sea creatures. Although we only explored a small portion of the beach, we are already planning to return when we visit Bamburgh Castle to frolic in the sands there. The beach is so vast and diverse that it rivals any exotic location in Spain, Greece, or elsewhere. We feel so fortunate to have such a beautiful gem on our very own coasts, and we cannot wait to return to this breathtaking paradise.

This beach was absolutely delightful! The sand was incredibly soft and velvety, making it the perfect place to lounge and soak up the sun. One of the best things about this beach was that it wasn't too crowded, so you could really relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Plus, getting into the sea was a breeze - the water was easily accessible and so refreshing. Overall, this was a truly wonderful beach experience.

Strolling along the beach from Seahouses to Bamburgh Castle was a delightful experience. The sandy beach was a sight to behold, complemented by towering dunes and occasional rocky formations that emerged as the tide ebbed away. The stunning vistas of the Farne Islands added to the charm of the place. However, it's wise to check the tides before planning a visit to avoid any unwelcome surprises.

During our journey to Bamburgh Castle, we had intended to make a brief stop at the beach. However, we found ourselves captivated by its beauty and ended up spending a delightful three hours there, despite the less-than-ideal weather. This beach is truly one of the most charming I have ever visited! It boasts a mixture of sand, pebbles, rocks, tide pools, and dunes, making it an intriguing place to explore. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of regret that we didn't bring the children along, as they would have had a marvelous time here, even without the opportunity to swim.
