I really enjoyed floating in this lagoon. It was great to see so many fish and even some turtles swimming around. It's a shame we didn't come here when the kids were younger as there are some nice shallow areas for them to play in. The only negative thing I have to say is that when people start grilling burgers, the smoke fills up the lagoon and it's not very pleasant.

Initially, I was worried that the fish and sea life were being confined here, but to my relief, they are not. There is no net to keep them in, and they are free to roam as they please. This makes it a perfect and secure location for my first snorkeling experience in Hawaii. I was able to spot a variety of fish, turtles, and even a stingray.

The beach is truly impressive, with an abundance of lush vegetation, exotic marine creatures, and my personal favorites - the sea turtles that remind me of the beloved characters from Finding Nemo. It's definitely the ultimate destination for snorkeling enthusiasts.

Although the big island isn't renowned for its tropical beaches, this small oasis is a gem. Snorkeling here is a treat with an abundance of fish, and you might even spot turtles and dolphins. We opted to rent a cabana and it was definitely worth the expense. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a day trip.
