4 Frustrating

First of all whoever wrote the description of Milolii Beach is wrong. This beach is not a free for all beach for all beach goers. Pets are not allowed down at the beach. There is a community that lives down there who are descendants of the original Milolii Fishing Village. Who still practice traditional fishing that is passed down from generation to generation. There is no PUBLIC ACCESS to Honomolino beach. The county does not take care of the trail. The shoreline is under CBSFA. So to the author of the description of Milolii beach you should talk to a local community member first to get your facts straight.

Once only reachable by boat or helicopter, we spent a delightful week camping on this beach. The abundance of driftwood provided us with the perfect material to cook our food over an open fire. Our daily catch of fresh fish, courtesy of the guys, ensured that we always had something delicious to eat. We even took a cooler full of fish back to Oahu for my stepdaughter's wedding. The beach was unspoiled and immaculate, and we were fortunate enough to witness the awe-inspiring sight of turtles swimming to shore and laying their eggs. These are memories that will remain etched in our minds forever.

The beach offers free public entry, so no need to worry about any entrance fees. It may be a bit of a challenging hike to get there, so it's recommended to wear sturdy shoes or water shoes to ensure a comfortable journey.

This beach is pretty awesome, although it seems to be frequented mostly by locals. The road leading to the parking area can be a bit tricky, but it's worth it for the stunning views. Plus, it's great that there's no admission fee for the public to enjoy.

The beach is a true oasis and I thoroughly enjoyed the 15-minute stroll through the stunning vegetation to get there. It's worth noting that this beach has free public entry, which is a great bonus.
